2. Authentication and Verification

Every product that enters the Solepoint system undergoes a multi-step authentication process conducted by Solepoint’s in-house team and our authentication partner, Legit App. This includes visual inspection, serial-number validation, material checks, and packaging review to confirm authenticity before the product is approved for sale.

3. Product Listing and Purchase

Once a product successfully passes authentication, it is listed on the Solepoint platform with full transparency — including available sizes, pricing, and supplier verification details. Buyers can make secure purchases through our checkout system powered by Stripe, ensuring protected and fraud-free transactions.

4. Packaging and Delivery

Solepoint manages fulfillment directly. Every verified product is shipped in its original packaging and includes a Certificate of Authenticity confirming successful verification by Legit App and Solepoint.

5. Returns and Buyer Protection

In the rare case that a product does not meet our authenticity or quality standards, buyers are eligible for a full refund. Solepoint handles all return processes internally to maintain safety, fairness, and transparency throughout the transaction.
