The following shipping conditions apply to orders placed on the Solepoint platform.
1. Shipping Areas
Solepoint ships exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU). Purchases can be made from any EU member state via the website.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the number of products.
3. Customs and Import Fees
All orders are shipped from Hungary by Solepoint. No customs or import fees will be charged in the destination country for deliveries within the EU.
4. Shipping and Processing Time
- 1. Shipping time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday), which includes:
 - Delivery of the product from the seller to Solepoint.
 - Delivery from Solepoint to the buyer.
 
- 2. Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), during which authenticity verification and packaging are completed.
 
- 3. Cut-off time: Orders delivered by 16:00 (GMT+1, Budapest) are processed the same day. Orders delivered after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day.

 - UPS
 
6. Address Changes

7. Damaged Packages
If you notice that your package is damaged upon delivery, please: Do not accept the package and inform the courier immediately. Then contact our customer support: info@solepoint.eu
