Shipping Areas
Solepoint ships exclusively within the European Union (EU). Orders can be placed from any EU member state.
Section 2
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the number of products.
Section 3
Customs and Import Fees
All orders are shipped from Hungary. No customs or import fees apply for deliveries within the EU.
Section 4
Shipping and Processing Time
Shipping time: 4–8 business days, including:
- Delivery from the seller to Solepoint.
- Delivery from Solepoint to the buyer.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Cut-off: Orders before 16:00 (GMT+1) are processed the same day.

Address Changes
Address changes are possible within 24 hours after ordering.

Damaged Packages
- Do not accept the damaged package.
