Solepoint does not function as an open marketplace — all transactions are managed directly by the Service Provider.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order and completing payment, the Buyer enters into a legally binding contract with Zoben Computer Kft. The contract becomes valid upon electronic confirmation sent to the Buyer via email.

4. Products and Prices

• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary slightly.

Products that fail authentication will not be sold under any circumstances. If applicable, Buyers receive a full refund, and items are returned to the supplier.

11. Counterfeits and Fraud

Solepoint maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit or fraudulent products. Any attempt to sell or distribute fake or misrepresented goods will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

12. Cancellation Fee

In the event a supplier cancels a confirmed shipment or sale, Solepoint may apply a cancellation fee of 7.5 EUR to cover administrative and transaction costs.

13. Termination of Agreement

Solepoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, including fraudulent or abusive activity.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably. If necessary, Consumers may contact the competent Conciliation Board based on their place of residence.
