Return Policy
The following return conditions apply to products purchased on the Solepoint platform:
1. Return Deadline
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product can only be returned in its original condition. This means that the returned product must meet the following criteria:
 - New, unused, and unworn condition.
 - Includes all original accessories.
 - No creases or damage caused by bending.
 - In its original, undamaged shoebox/packaging.
 - Double-boxed (placed in an outer protective box to avoid damage).
 
3. Return Procedure
- To initiate the return process:
 - Fill out the return form completely and accurately.
 - Package the product securely as described above.
 - The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
 
4. Evaluation and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified via email of the result. If the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
5. Reasons for Rejection
- The return may be rejected if:
 - The product shows signs of use or wear.
 - Accessories or the original shoebox are missing.
 - The product is creased or deformed.
 - The packaging was inadequate and the product was damaged.
